      Pros

      Employees at the lower levels are great, friendly people despite constant high-stress situations.

      Cons

      Management is either so new that they don't understand how most of the processes work or have been around so long that they play politics games constantly. Employees have been lied to about a lot of things - including the new split not affecting jobs.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
