      Pros

      Overtime. You have an hour mandatory per day.. so that alone and it adds up. Talking to certain customer is actually really good.

      Cons

      They tell you that everyone has a fair shot at working their way up. When really it's who kisses the most butt. It's a set up. It's ghetto and unprofessional. Everyone is friends and no matter how hard you work of you don't suck up to the bosses you will not move up.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
