Nearly everything Management and company culture does not care about people. Employees are an interchangeable commodity. There is no humanity at this place. You can work hard, extra hours, go above and beyond, dazzle with your talent - and you are still nothing more than a number and a "cost" to the company. They will cut you just because they feel like it and without warning, and then call it a "RIF" whether it really is or not. Health insurance is the absolute worst I've ever had in my corporate career All benefits are at the very lowest end and only enough to meet legal requirements
