Unlimited overtime during open enrollment. A few of the managers looked out for their employees. Others not so much. Semi casual dress code
Cons
Low pay for the amount of work that is required. Botched attendance policies. You can be wrote up for being sick if you don’t have PTO, notes from your Dr are not accepted. Rotating schedule. Non open door policy.
