Pros

The pay was pretty decent

Cons

It is very difficult to get time off and you don't not start to get any PTO or even holiday pay until you have been working there for 6 months. Their standards for business critical are very intense and unforgiving if you get sick or are unable to come in If you are trying to get disability there it will take months and they are likely to lose your paperwork so you have to keep on it constantly Your supervisor can make or break your experience. I had a bad supervisor who was very demanding about increasing my survey returns but who gave me no information about how to do because she said my surveys were fine

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
