      Pros

      I love my job. We are all fairly close, we have regular meetings and coachings with higher ups, we can laugh and joke and it is typically a very comfortable setting.

      Cons

      Because of hw chummy and 'up in your business' everyone gets it is very easy to forget it is a job. It will happen frequently when a manager steps into personal areas of your life and they will let it affect the overall work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
