Pros
Starting pay is higher than minimum wage and you are eligible to take advantage of the benefits offered. As long as you show up to work and do your job properly, it is a great place to work. You have the support and tools(when they work) that is needed to complete your job successfully! Not to mention, Overtime is usually offered if you want to take advantage of it. We also have CE which helps keep us up to date with the forever changing market. A lot of the Sups and team leads that I get work with are awesome and will help you find the answer instead of just giving you the answer. Which helps the agent gain more knowledge. The other great thing I love is the "open door" policy. If you ever have a question or concern, you can always talk to your Sup, OM or anyone else in management and they will listen and figure out if there is something they can do to help. If they can't, they will get you in touch with the right people.
Cons
Downside is that when you are a new hire and try to take a Holiday off, you can't because it has already been blacked out, making it hard to be with your family on those special occasions. But, the brightside is you not only get holiday pay, but double time...or so it's been said. So, really the only con is that we are open 24/7/365....sometimes 366 days, making it difficult to get time off for the holidays if you are a new hire.
