      Pros

      Nothing good besides some of the co-workers.

      Cons

      They neither care about nor value their employees. No benefits, no raises, nothing extra. They don't even want to provide napkins among other things. Multiple people describe it almost on the level of a sweat shop. Hostile work environment, unprofessional leads and managers, intimidation, threats. This is just some of the plethora of issues. Hopefully it will get worked out before everyone quits. Many have left and others are looking to leave. Morale is not low it doesn't exist.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
