Plenty of overtime available if management likes you.
Cons
Management is terrible at the Erlanger site, it’s ran on the buddy system. There’s a lot of conflict on the production floor and if you make a complaint about it you become a target. The prompts only their friends when positions become available. Management, most supervisors and leads gets high on company property. It was known site wide that one of the managers was sleeping with an employee whom he let intimidate other employees because of it.
