      None at this moment as benefits and workers are being cut

      If you are working from USA, you will always be in fear of your work being outsource, if you manage to stay then people you have work with for years will be let go and replace with junior resources and you will be force to work extra hours to complete projects as those resources are not ready to help for months or years. If you are in IT look somewhere else.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
