Pros
No time for small talk no customer service needed coffee is alright
Cons
WAY TOO much overtime training is too short job is incredibly boring no office ergonomics same repetitive work expected to sit and stare at a computer screen and type 12 hours a day you are expected to work fast in order to be compensated well low low low base pay for the amount of work expected of you -- which is maybe 7 to 8 days' worth in the span of a 5-day work week. At least three 12-hour shifts are expected of you. At interviews they lie and tell you just two 12 hour shifts and then no additional interviews. The new hires are extremely confused because of this. I'm quite frankly fed up with working 55+ hour weeks and the company is about to lose some seriously dedicated keyboardists who feel the same way which means even more overtime will be REQUIRED (yeah, REQUIRED) of you when we all leave.
