      Pros

      Excellent place as a first working experience, where you can deeply improve your "problem solving" and "troubleshoot" skills. You work there from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm(a hour lunch and breaks scheduled), rarely you have to stay more. Everyone is very friendly and the environment is nice as well, in a couple of months you become confident with your job and you learn to reach all bonuses very fast

      Cons

      There is no higher level position permitting you to get a natural carrier progression, so in less then a year you starts to think maybe you "grew-up" to much to continue to stay still here

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
