      Pros

      Amazing work environment, very team oriented Everything is virtual, save gas due to not having to commute Great benefits and training opportunities Supervisors are always trying to help you improve and really invested in the customers (almost too good to be true, literally)

      No flexibility with schedules, no part time positions available either

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
