      Helping customers felt extremely rewarding

      Cons

      2 breaks, 15 minutes and one half hour or hour lunch depending on your schedule, no exceptions without doctors note, including bathroom breaks, system takes a few minutes to sign in and out of and that counts into your break, going through security in and out takes a few more minutes in and out, and getting things from your locker takes a minute, so your break ends up being about five minutes

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
