Took bonus away from top performers and gave everyone a $2/hr raise. Moral dropped and top performers lost a minimum of 8-10k annually. Performance does not matter, as everyone makes the same whether they work hard or not. Quality does monitors, finds violations, reports them, and nothing is done. Sales dept is allowed to continuously break "zero tolerance" rules, with no repercussions. Client has no idea this is allowed and your job is in danger if you mention telling them. Recruiting was forced to hire people with a pulse, even those with significant theft/fraud felony backgrounds. These people are handling sensitive financial information. Very dangerous. If you aren't a core employee you get used and abused due to business "demand" told than you so much and then get stuck back on phones when they are through using you.
