      There are no pros here please avoid joining this company.

      Cons

      You won't get time for your own personal growth . You wont get chance to learn new technologies instead they will force you to learn new processes that are 20 years old and have no relevance outside the project. After working 9 hours from office it is expected from you to work from home and late at night and on weekends.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
