      Pros

      This was a work at home position that helped immensely with my situation. I didn't have to take calls, it was mainly data entry.

      Cons

      Too many hours. It made it hard for me to have a work life balance. Hours were mandatory and they let you know in the beginning of the day. Whenever something went wrong with systems or it was on the company the employees have to do extra hours to make up for it. It also didn't pay very well.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
