9yThank you for your review. It means a lot to me that you took the time to highlight the things we’re doing right, and provide constructive criticism on areas we need to do better. I’m happy you love our team and our culture. It’s the reason why Connected is attracting the partners we are and growing at such a fast pace. My #1 priority is to continue to build a solid team of smart, reliable and kind people who are passionate and excited to teach and learn everyday. As for areas for improvement, we are working really hard trying to bring salaries up to the industry average. We’re still a young company, but on the right track to reach parity soon. In the meantime, we do review salaries twice a year, so if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate in addressing them. As you mentioned, we are trying to be as transparent as possible, and want to address any issues when they arise, so be sure to let me and/or the mgmt team know when you have questions. I appreciate your note about developing internal talent and promoting from within. Can you share some more details on this comment at mike.stern@connectedlab.com?
