Pros
Seemingly making money until they give out your information and you realize they aren't really paying you and instead they have opened an account using your own credit and they are paying you from it. The only pro is meeting new people that don't work for the organization.
Cons
No worklife balance, they do not care that you have a family, they will sell your information and allow your paycheck to be garnished illegally. This is a good ole boys kind of business. They will lie, they will not follow their own policies, watch your back, don't trust or talk to anyone. It's a sick world out there and this company might be right in the center of it all. Their employees are expendable. Be prepared to violate federal transportation laws especially when it comes to weight limits for their trailers. The organization is going down hill and they are no longer as reputable anymore because of poor leadership.
