Cons
Went from mandatory overtime to none at all. Cap on raises. No room for advancement. Take away all necessary functions to complete your job. Make things harder on employees rather than easier. Very small gain share "bonuses" while salary employees receive HUGE bonuses. No more than 2 people are allowed vacation on same day despite over 30 employees per departments. Overstaffed and still bringing in new hires
