      Large company hence lots of opportunities for movement and potential growth. But you must fit in with the culture, and each mgr have their own micro-culture.

      Cons

      Company is in industry logistics so they pride themselves on monitoring and establishing KPI for much task. (ie. monitoring your performance quality & time)
