Pros
Good benefits and reasonable vacation time to start. As with many other place, there's always genuinely good people to work with.
Cons
Management doesn't care about morale. Expectations of workload unrealistic or apathetic to one's personal life. Poor leadership oblivious to employees. Corporate tends to see branch from numbers only perspective. Poor inter branch communication with overseas offices. No clear path or progression within company.
