Ocean Import Specialist - Ocean Import Specialist Senior DB Schenker Employee Review

There is a systematic toxic environment within the compliance department. Lots of turn over. No proper training with huge expectations. No collaboration and ignorance by immediate supervisor. I would not recommend Ocean Import compliance department to no person. Worst streamline process. I have worked in the industry for six years and this is the most confusing department that hands lots of pressure and tension to the employees. No appreciation for any amount of work you do. So, anyone that has interest to join the department should be very well prepared for a great stressful journey and intimidation based management tactics. Lengthy con list but the above should cover the essence.
