Pros
Many OT work = fast earned salary. Fun and understanding co-workers.
Cons
Shortage of manpower resulting to too much workload for an individual. Biased supervisors who don't seem to appreciate those who work hard. Terrible workplace etiquette. No work-life balance. Bad influence from some co-workers and supervisors are not helping.
