Pros
Good pay Good benefits Compressed schedule Short commute Laid back environment(Night shift and swing shift only) It's an ok place to work, but don't make it a career, get the experience you need and then bounce. There are a lot better and higher paying material handler jobs. Train in other functional areas so you don't get burnt out and bored.
Cons
Favoritism High turnover rates High workload Lazy coworkers No chairs They would much rather hire and train external workers than promote the internal one. Not much room for career advancement
