In Bulk pick, the forklift drivers were expected to transport 9 pallets/hour from stock location to staging area. It was required that the oldest pallets be used first, but often we had to remove the newer pallets that the unloaders had placed in front of them in order to access older pallets that system would allow to be scanned. Slowed everything down. - Normal work week was 5 10 hr days, but more during busy seasons.
