Disrespectful Management, No Communication or Collaboration, Minimal Work, and Incompetent HR - Business Analyst DB Schenker Employee Review

I worked for US Lead Management for six weeks. Management was blatantly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It was impossible to work or communicate with management. Management literally told me that they’re upset with an assignment and refused to tell me what change they want made. There was very little collaboration between myself and management. Management would get mad if I asked questions or even interact with them. Management offered almost no training and on an average day, I only had enough work to cover two hours, out of an eight-hour work day. Management blatantly wasted my time by assigning assignments, only to complete those assignments privately, without notification, leading to redundant, duplicate work. Management does not follow best practices. HR is utterly incompetent, the company doesn’t replace employees who have left, they will simply take those employees’ workloads and dump them onto the remaining employees. The facility is shabby and needs renovation.
