middle management is a joke, rampant favrotisim, and I really cant stress this part enough NO training you will shadow someone but their will not train you explicitly and they WILL jump down your throat for making the slightest mistakes the system is such that it can track any movements with names and they will track you down. the culture is very back bitey everyone and anyone will blow your candle out to make theirs look brighter. in addition the culter is very "pass the buck" sense your name is on everything everyone's goal is to get their name off it and give it to some one eles thus they can not be faulted
