Worst company till date, Developers never join this company - Team Leader DB Schenker Employee Review

1. Environment not like tech company, even it is not a product company still it is supply chain company. so technical person not join this 2. They are using a approx 20 years old product developed by Infor and now Infor is not working on that. 3. Never expect work life balance, management push to work more than 12 hours. 4. Team is not using agile methodology. It is working like service based startup. 5. Lot of politics in management, you never know what they want to with you. 6. They collect points against you and at time of appraisal they will inform you that points are sufficient not to do appraisal. Note: If you are developer never join this company
