Pros
Good work-life balance with the shift work pattern, salary is acceptable although it should/and could be higher, most days the workload is relaxed and stress-free, good amenities at the site
Cons
Very poor management - not gonna point finger at any individual, but taking into account the decision-making process and overall functioning of the organisation, one has to wonder what is the selection process behind selecting people for second/coordinator/supervisor/even trainer roles. Not all of them are bad, but most of them are underskilled, nonresponsive and showing severe lack of man management and organisational skills. There are gaps in almost every aspect of daily functioning of the organisation which is creating a lot of unhappines within the staff affected by this mismanagement. HR - not really there for the staff. Also, they are advertising vacancies on regular basis but one can wait for months to get any feedback after applying, if any. General idea among staff is there is no point in applying at all as it almost never results in any concrete actions.
