      Good base pay, Benefits, and helpful sales director. Also, that the company has a wide global reach to service clients. Work-Life Balance is great.

      Focused on global accounts, leaving no bandwidth to sell enterprise accounts. Operations are lackluster, and product managers are "out of touch" with what happens on the ground. The organization is big and clunky as a whole.
