Pros
International company with prestige among the import / export environment. It provides a good service to clients. You will have the opportunity to interact with foreign offices, no matter in which sector of the company you are in.
Cons
There is little or non care about the employees. Constantly asking for training but it is never provided. Managers know this and they're pushing for more training but the directors don't consider it necessary.
