It seems that promotions are often linked to reference employees, creating an environment that lacks fairness and equal opportunities. Alignment and Handovers: Aligning work can be a struggle due to a lack of clear communication and coordination. Additionally, new employees face challenges as proper handovers are not consistently provided, making it difficult for them to smoothly integrate into their roles.
