Pros
1. no BS , actually a great company culture. Those in higher ranks make me feel safe and my colleagues are true friends and dont drag each other down with competition 2. Being trusted a LOT , meaning I am also learning a lot on the job
Cons
at the moment , Job security - I cant tell if the board truly has everyone's best interest in mind but I also dont know how much they are able to protect their people anyway if they are "forced" to sell the company.
