Pros
It is a good entrance to the world of corporate IT. Relatively easy to get an entry level job there even without IT degree (English is a must, German recommended) Process oriented company. Good oportunity to meet people from various cultures (there are people of 60 nationalities in the building) Somehow average benefits: 6 sick days, meal vouchers (fully paid by the company but only 70 Kc), cellphone, laptop
Cons
The company is too big and not flexible. It usually takes from weeks to months to change/improve even a little thing. Processes are nice in theory but it is difficult to find them. Many people uses them as an excuse not to do a job. Processes also "derail" quite often and it can be quite tricky to get back on track. Unclear responsibilities. Poor documentation. Dated office equipment (17" desktop LCDs still in use)
