      Pros

      People are nice and cordial. The company tries to implement a lot of benefit program for employees. Colleagues are helpful and try to help you if you ask. Some managers are supportive.

      Cons

      too many processes. some of them are contradicting the other. They are "slave" to processes and use them as the de-facto way of doing things. When they try to improve something, they have to pinpoint a related process, come up with a new process to improve that process. People are way too silo and boxed with certain ways of thinking. When you work there too long, you might get used to "this can't be done" a lot.
