      Pros

      Good location, hybrid, great benefits, fun events, colleagues are friendly and helpful Depends on your manager and team, I believe other teams have better work culture practiced

      Cons

      Had wonderful managers previously but not the case anymore. Favoritism among my team, and tasks not properly distributed among team members, too many plans and ‘discussions’ to automate as solution yet still expected to cope with manual work! As someone who is still quite new in the industry, I feel very disrespected for the manual work just thrown continuously on me with no understanding between the managers and employees. Even after voicing out my concern, still no improvement. Culture wise, used to be good , not anymore especially with how comfortable the way managers can treat the younger employees badly

More often than not, it is the management that makes your job difficult. No manager is perfect, and sometimes stress brings out the worst behaviors. When a workspace is unhealthy, it impacts employee retention. That makes employee turnover inevitable, which places additional stress on you and your colleagues. Feel free to contact your HR colleagues to talk about these topics. Hopefully, we will soon be able to intensively work on some of the topics you mentioned to increase your employee satisfaction. Of course, this doesn't always happen at the same speed everywhere, but we're working on getting a little better every day. Nevertheless, thank you for all your hard work and effort so far.
