      Pros

      Hybrid and flexi schedule arrangement, benefits , dental, optical , lots of training and certifications opportunities , ample of parking spaces. Good employee engagement

      Cons

      Political among managers. Micromanage and lack of profesionalism towards juniors. They preach about respect and diversity but upper management lack that culture. Some Teams seem to promote unqualified people and this person will openly take their sweet time in office instead of performing their task. While underpaid Graduate trainees will overwork and be micromanaged. Work not related at all with the job scope and team scope. Big team but only 1 person in team will be stuck with ad hoc work with the manager’s response that it’s part of their ‘KPI’. no team work and share of tasks.
