1. No commercial empowerment- product centric focus. 2. No work Life Balance - Never ending emails. Prepare to compromise personal time. 3. High turnover rate -no replacement. those left behind are loaded with more accounts. When concern is highlighted, feedback is 'poor time management' 4. The KAM role within this org is too operational and all departments are too KAM reliant.
