Good learning ground for graduates, chances to be transferred to another better department based on performance, leaders are rather approachable for luncheon meetings and such.
Cons
Lots of overtime, office politics were quite rampant, promotion is based on individual visibility rather than good performance. Less active employees may face stagnation if not active in pushing for promotions and pay increment.
