Definitely an organization willing to grow and develop talents. Innovative with ideas and willing to invest to maintain the position of market leader. Highly marketable company to be on CV and attracts higher position in smaller companies. Promotions are often closely managed by upper management
Cons
Due to the size of the organization, roles are usually fairly specialised. It's a highly dynamic organization and therefore many stakeholders to manage. Key is to have a good network reach within DHL in order to get things done and timely.
