      Pros

      I’ve been working at DataArt as an Accounting Manager, and I can honestly say it’s a great company to work for. The atmosphere is comfortable and supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for professional growth. Inside the company, you can find a lot of internal courses and development programs. DataArt also gives employees the chance to switch roles and explore new directions — for example, move from one position to another.

      Cons

      I haven’t noticed many downsides so far, but like in many large companies, there is some hierarchy — sometimes better positions go not only to the most skilled people, but to those who promote themselves more actively, which can also affect the salary level.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
