      In my career, this is the first genuinely people-first company I’ve worked at. The organization truly cares about its employees and actively supports their growth. There are well-known, high-impact projects where professionals can develop their skills and advance their careers. Another strong advantage is the flexibility — if you have multiple skill sets, you can find or move to a project that matches your preferred specialization.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
