There is also flexibility and choice of work mode, with the possibility to work remotely or partially from the office. It is a good place for people who want long-term professional growth and are ready to take ownership of their development.

      Cons

      As in many global companies, processes can sometimes feel complex or not equally clear across locations and teams. Career growth may depend a lot on the project, client context, and manager. Internal communication is improving, but some decisions could still be explained earlier and more consistently.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
