Pros

* Excellent company to start your career especially if you are not sure which technology or industry you like; * LOTS of technologies to learn inside the company; * There is opportunity to change project or even you skill stack without leaving a company; * Relationship between management and staff is a quite good; * Salary is quite high for the city; * You can get not only year bonuses but also a project bonuses and the end of project stage; * That's the best IT employer in the city IMO

Cons

* As in any outsourcing / body-shop company your career very depends on projects where you would be involved. It could turn into nightmare of legacy / long-term projects with lots of support and bug-fixing or you could dive into greenfield development for new startup companies with primarily new feature development (But most of the projects of-course are legacy / long-term); * Same specific of any outsourcing company: in your project very often you would do the things that client's don't what to do by themselves. That means some of your tasks might be not challenging at all * Your business trips would highly depend on the projects. You could travel a lot or you might not at all

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
