      Pros

      Many of them, great people, flexible schedule, comfortable working places, ability to work from home, lot's of cookies, internal education system

      Cons

      Management could do a bit better in reacting to official complaints from employees. Some courses in education system are not too informational and lack real-world examples. English skills assessment is too strict and entirely based on teachers personal opinions

      Hi! Thank you for the review! Many comments for us to consider. We are continuously improving our education system. We recently launched Skillotron, a community-based game that challenges players and educates them about various aspects of their field. Players can rank themselves against other players on the knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Android, iOS or general IT.       Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
