      * You can work with a lot of project and technologies; * Great experience with working in distributed team (it's ok when you work with people from many offices); * English Practices; * Good IT environment; * A lot of benefits like coffee, fruits, great devices, etc. * Relocation pack

      Cons

      * open office - it's terrible * you have a mandatory hours of work from 13:00 till 19:00 * only you responsible for your study

      Hello! Thank you for the detailed review! We are happy you see the pros (so do we!) and regarding the cons let us suggest some ideas. 4th floor in SPb is slightly quieter than others, there is a meeting room that is free most of time. By the way, gym is not far away. What do you think about moving there? Ask your local office manager about such an opportunity. Most of the projects have mandatory hours, but you can raise the question of rescheduling if it's not convenient for you. Have you tried to discuss it with PM? Regarding the study, everything is based on your personal initiative, that's true. But why is it a con? We have a huge internal educational portal you can start a course anytime. If you want to get an external education, discuss it with project and EDU coordination there is an opportunity for sponsorship if it's required by the project activities.       Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
