      Pros

      + Good experience sharing among workers + Confident management + Quite large pile of resource to do any task in time + Many projects using different technologies + Dynamic inner processes and lack of bureaucratic nonsense + Many higher-ups like to share their thoughts and experience via DA newspaper

      Cons

      - A lot of free cookies i can get fat from this - On more serious note salary is changes are not very frequently but it depends.. - A lot of open spaces people that dont like other people will be unhappy

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
