      Company culture and values, people around you, support from company in different cases, wide range of projects, technologies and roles you can try or participate. Good offices in different locations, company invests in researches of new technologies or methodologies

      Cons

      There can be kind of glass cellar for thechnology specialists, but last activities of general management focused on vanishing it

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
