      Pros

      Fair, transparent company with well-established processes, which keeps to its promises. Friendly, responsive colleagues. Great HR and Accounting dept.

      Cons

      Maybe just a bit more bureaucracy than actually needed, but, regarding to the company size, maybe that's okay.

We try to minimize bureaucracy, and many colleagues, on the contrary, note its low level in comparison to other companies. If you could flash out the problem, we would forward your feedback on the level of bureaucracy to local managers so they could try to resolve the existing issues.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
